These air fryer parmesan and thyme wedge fries are the perfect combination of crispy exterior and fluffy interior, with a savory herb crust that takes them to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Cut potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil and seasonings, then air fry at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
